Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. The most common schedule is 11 amβ10 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Finally stopped by Aria Pizza tonight after driving past it for the last year, and I figured Iβd share my thoughts. Overall, Iβd say it was decent. The crust is definitely their strongest asset soft with an excellent texture and really well executed. The pepperoni was also a highlight. It had that classic old-school style that cups up when it bakes, which I always enjoy. For me, the biggest opportunity is the sauce. It tasted a little flat and underdeveloped, almost like it could use more seasoning or a longer cook to let the flavors mature. I also think the cheese blend could benefit from a little more Parmesan or another cheese to add some depth. That said, I think they have a really solid foundation. If they fine-tuned the sauce and cheese just a bit, I think it could be a standout pizza. If youβre in the area, stop by and give them a try. This was just my personal opinion your experience may be different, and Iβd be interested to hear what you think.

My first of two experiences with Arias was a few months ago and it was great - crisp, fresh and hot. I ordered the white pizza (white sauce, garlic, ricotta, spinach) and added mushrooms. I decided to order again tonight and ordered the same thing. It was undercooked, wet, and so heavily covered in lumps of mozzarella cheese it just folded under the weight of it. I tried to pull some of the cheese away and it was just a mess. I've never complained about too much cheese before π I don't know what changed in the weeks since I last ordered - it was like it came from another restaurant entirely! Not sure if I'll order from Aria's again because I'm not sure what to expect.

Original order 2 LG - old cup pepperoni & 30 wings 1st time trying and unfortunately will not be back. Love the brick oven idea; however, the pizza has a salty taste to it and the pepperoni has a weird taste. Overall 8/10 Wings are frozen or just have an awful taste/texture due to the breading. Theyβre also not fried (oven baked) and become soggy. I ordered buffalo wings and had to get extra sauce due to lack of visible sauce on the wings. Overall 2/10

Stopped into Aria's Brick Oven Pizzeria tonight to grab dinner. We ordered the Meat Lovers pizza (July Special) , Cheese Bread & Pasta Salad. We were super impressed at the fresh taste of all of the ingredients. Make sure you get down there and support this relatively new small business in Lincoln Park.....it's definitely worth the trip!!
